Public identity
Contracting identity
StructuredLayer’s public terms state that the written proposal and engagement agreement identify the contracting entity, governing terms, invoice arrangements, confidentiality obligations, delivery location, responsibilities, and acceptance conditions for a specific engagement.
A website visit, catalogue view, workflow request, or assessment submission does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, authorize account access, or create a payment obligation. A specific signed agreement controls a specific engagement.
Contact and response process
Complete enquiries are reviewed by the operator. Suitable enquiries normally receive a response within two business days, either by email or through an invitation to a fit call. This is a response expectation, not a guaranteed support or incident-response service level.
Use the workflow request form for general business and workflow information. Do not send passwords, API keys, MFA codes, authentication tokens, private keys, unrestricted system access, sensitive personal data, or unnecessary confidential files through the public form or ordinary email.
Privacy questions, data-rights requests, and suspected privacy or security incidents can be sent to start@structuredlayer.com. Active clients receive the contacts and notification process defined in their engagement documents.
