Privacy

Privacy Policy.

This notice explains how Aineed Data and its operator, StructuredLayer, handle information from this website, workflow requests, and related business communications.

Last updated 19 August 2026

Scope and operator

This policy applies to www.aineeddata.com, workflow setup requests, and direct communications about Aineed Data. StructuredLayer operates Aineed Data. Separate form notices, signed contracts, client policies, third-party platform terms, or applicable law may add or replace requirements for a specific engagement.

StructuredLayer’s public website does not identify a registered legal entity, registration number, postal address, or privacy representative. The contracting entity is identified in the proposal and engagement agreement for accepted work.

Information we collect

  • Website activity: pages visited, referrer, screen dimensions, browser language, approximate loading information, and analytics events.
  • Technical and security metadata: IP address, user agent, timestamps, infrastructure logs, and error information.
  • Workflow enquiries: name, work email, company, role, task description, source and market scope, delivery preference, decision goal, timeline, budget range, and selected workflow.
  • Business communications: messages, clarification, qualification decisions, meeting notes, and follow-up history.
  • Engagement data: only after scope approval, information and access defined by the signed agreement and approved operating boundary.

Do not submit passwords, MFA codes, API keys, private keys, access tokens, credential exports, regulated records, or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the public form or ordinary email.

How information is used

  • Operate, protect, diagnose, measure, and improve the website.
  • Review, route, and respond to workflow enquiries.
  • Clarify requirements and recommend a setup path.
  • Prepare proposals and manage possible or active engagements.
  • Plan access, location, confidentiality, security, and delivery controls.
  • Preserve records needed for security, disputes, legal duties, and business continuity.

A form submission does not create a purchase obligation or guarantee that work will be accepted. The workflow request form does not request marketing consent.

Legal bases

Where applicable, processing may rely on legitimate business interests, pre-contractual steps requested by the individual, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or consent where consent is required. The basis depends on the interaction, location, and applicable law.

Providers and disclosure

Information may be handled by Usman Yousaf and authorized StructuredLayer personnel; approved specialists where necessary; providers supporting hosting, analytics, forms, databases, email, storage, communications, monitoring, and security; professional advisers; authorities where required; or a controlled successor during a business transaction.

Aineed Data workflow requests are stored in a Teable-backed records system. Provider identities, processing locations, model use, specialists, and subprocessors for delivery are confirmed where relevant to the engagement rather than represented as one universal stack.

International handling

StructuredLayer uses a remote-first international delivery model. Information may be handled in more than one country where operational needs, restrictions, security requirements, client approval, and applicable transfer rules allow. Tell us about localization or access restrictions before detailed discovery.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the original purpose, follow-up needs, security, proposals, contracts, legal obligations, disputes, and business-record requirements. Enquiry records receive a human retention review after 180 days; this is not an automatic deletion promise.

For accepted work, export, return, archive, backup, log, retention, and verified deletion rules are defined in the applicable agreement. Aineed Data does not promise indefinite retention or immediate deletion from every backup.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Exceptions may apply for identity verification, contracts, security, legal obligations, and lawful record retention.

Email start@structuredlayer.com with enough information to locate your interaction. Do not send identity documents unless an appropriate verification method is provided first.

Security, external services, and changes

Proportionate technical and organizational measures are used, but complete security cannot be guaranteed. Detailed access should use named accounts, least privilege, approved transfer methods, and documented revocation.

External services have their own notices, terms, cookies, and processing practices. This policy may change when forms, providers, delivery practices, laws, or business details change. The update date above will be revised for material changes.
