EU Funding & Tender Opportunity Monitor

Monitor the European Commission Funding & Tenders Portal for grants and tenders that match your themes, programmes, status rules, and deadline windows.

No access or payment before scope confirmation

Your input

Tell us what to run. We handle the operating structure.

You do not need to prepare technical configuration. Provide the business requirements, examples, and approved access; we translate them into fields, rules, and a tested schedule.

What you provide

  • Search themes or keywords
  • Grant, tender, or combined coverage
  • Open, forthcoming, closed, or combined status
  • Programme codes or programme period
  • Deadline-from and deadline-to window
  • Maximum opportunities per run
  • Required fields and delivery destination
  • Optional relevance and alert rules

How you provide it

  • Setup form
  • Spreadsheet of themes and programme codes
  • Existing grant or bid pipeline
  • Example opportunity list
  • Written inclusion, exclusion, and deadline rules

The result

What this workflow delivers.

Configurable service

One workflow, configured around the decisions your team owns.

The modules describe business capabilities, not separate tools to operate. Select the coverage, filters, review rules, schedule, and destination during setup.

Available modules

  • Grant discovery — monitor grant opportunities by keyword, programme, period, status, and deadline window
  • Tender discovery — monitor tender opportunities published in the Funding & Tenders Portal, including CPV and authority fields when available
  • Deadline tracking — preserve all published cut-off dates and flag opportunities entering an agreed review window
  • Opportunity exports — deliver clean grant and tender rows to spreadsheets, CRMs, databases, or webhook-connected processes
  • Change monitoring — append new observations and surface relevant changes between scheduled runs
  • Review routing — apply agreed relevance rules and send matched opportunities to the responsible team

Business questions supported

  • Which open or forthcoming EU opportunities match our themes?
  • Which deadlines fall in the next 30, 60, or 90 days?
  • Which programmes and call topics are producing relevant opportunities?
  • What changed since the previous monitoring run?
  • Which records need bid-team review or ownership assignment?
  • Which budgets, contribution ranges, agencies, countries, CPV codes, or authorities are actually published?
  • Which official source page supports each pipeline record?

Installation path

From source approval to scheduled operation.

The first representative run is reviewed before the workflow becomes a recurring operation.

01

Define themes, opportunity types, programmes, statuses, and deadline windows

02

Run a representative source sample

03

Review relevance rules, fields, null handling, and duplicate logic

04

Confirm alert thresholds and delivery destination

05

Launch the agreed monitoring schedule

06

Review source changes, failed runs, and newly published cut-off dates

Managed history

Each run adds to a useful operating history.

Scheduled runs can append newly found opportunities and timestamp changes to status, latest information, deadlines, and other published fields. Earlier observations remain available for pipeline and deadline comparison instead of being silently overwritten.

Retention and portability

Retention is agreed during setup. Opportunity history can be exported to CSV, JSON, spreadsheets, a bid pipeline, or a customer-controlled destination. Deletion requirements and any longer-term managed archive are scoped explicitly.

What the accumulated history can support

  • Build a qualified grant or tender pipeline
  • Track upcoming deadlines across programmes
  • Compare newly published and previously observed opportunities
  • Review funding ranges and programme coverage when published
  • Prepare bid-team triage and assignment
  • Audit the official page behind each record

Interpretation limits

History makes comparison possible, but it does not remove source limitations or turn signals into guaranteed business outcomes.

01

Coverage is limited to opportunities available through the European Commission Funding & Tenders Portal

02

This workflow does not provide full TED procurement coverage

03

Published fields vary by opportunity, so budgets, agencies, countries, contribution ranges, CPV codes, or latest information may be empty

04

Portal status and deadline information can change after collection

05

Keyword and programme filters can include irrelevant records or miss opportunities using different language

06

The output does not determine eligibility, fit, award probability, legal requirements, or bid strategy

07

Teams should verify deadlines and submission requirements on the official opportunity page before acting

Safeguards

Automation stays inside agreed boundaries.

Access, retention, exports, and operating controls are confirmed for this workflow before launch.

01

Official source URLs retained with each opportunity

02

Grant-only and tender-only fields remain distinct

03

Missing source values remain empty rather than inferred

04

All published cut-off dates can be preserved

05

Changed and newly found records remain timestamped

06

No representation of European Commission affiliation, endorsement, or eligibility approval
