No access or payment before scope confirmation

Your input

  • Maximum result volume and approved budget
  • CRM, spreadsheet, database, AI, or managed-service destination

How you provide it

  • Target-area brief
  • Spreadsheet of target zones or accounts
  • Existing customer or suppression list
  • Sales territory plan

Connect approved agents

Configurable service

One workflow, configured around the decisions your team owns.

The modules describe business capabilities, not separate tools to operate. Select the coverage, filters, review rules, schedule, and destination during setup.

Available modules

  • Territory discovery - search approved business categories and target areas
  • Business record normalization - structure company names, categories, addresses, phones, websites, and source URLs
  • Fit prioritization - apply transparent location, category, contact, and customer-defined business signals
  • AI-ready local records - preserve stable business identity, source, timestamp, missing states, and review status
  • CRM and suppression delivery - keep new, excluded, existing, and approved accounts distinct
  • Managed workflow connection - connect approved accounts to enrichment, outreach drafting, sending within limits, reply classification, follow-up, meetings, and negotiation preparation
  • Market refresh - compare dated result sets and identify changes without silently overwriting research
  • Human decision handoff - require owners for contact permission, messaging, offers, and commercial action

Business questions supported

  • Which businesses match our service category and target territory?
  • Which records have the address, phone, website, category, rating, or review signals we need?
  • Which businesses are new, duplicated, excluded, unavailable, or waiting for review?
  • What source and timestamp support each business record?
  • Which fields does AI need to compare, prioritize, summarize, and cite local accounts correctly?
  • Which approved businesses should move into CRM, outreach, follow-up, meeting, or negotiation workflows?
  • What source, privacy, licensing, attribution, and human-approval rules apply?

Installation path

From source approval to scheduled operation.

The first representative run is reviewed before the workflow becomes a recurring operation.

01

Define the target business category, service need, geography, qualification rules, and permitted sources

02

Run a small sample to review coverage, duplicate handling, field quality, source rights, and lead-priority criteria

03

Confirm the output schema, record-volume quote, review owner, retention, and destination

04

Collect and normalize approved business records with source context

05

Apply transparent AI-assisted prioritization using agreed business signals, not hidden personal profiling

06

Deliver the review queue and connect approved businesses to CRM, follow-up, or Aineed managed services

07

Your team decides which businesses qualify, may be contacted, and receive an offer

Managed history

Each run adds to a useful operating history.

Each market-discovery run is stored as a dated result set. Your team can compare new and previous businesses, source URLs, location fields, phone or website availability, priority signals, duplicates, exclusions, and review decisions without silently overwriting earlier research.

Retention and portability

The $1,500 setup covers target-market discovery, source and permission review, field design, qualification rules, sample testing, output configuration, and launch preparation. Ongoing usage is quoted by expected record volume and agreed source scope. Refreshes, enrichment, storage, external source costs, and managed outreach operation are scoped separately. The resulting business and qualification records belong to the customer. Aineed Data retains only the managed copy and history agreed for operation. Deletion, portability, attribution, and exit-export terms are defined during setup.

What the accumulated history can support

  • Find businesses in a defined local market without manually searching every area
  • Build territory and account lists for sales or field teams
  • Prioritize businesses using transparent category, location, contact, and fit signals
  • Give AI stable company identity, source, timestamp, location, and review fields for grounded research
  • Create local-market summaries, territory comparisons, and account briefs
  • Keep phone, website, source, and qualification status distinct so AI does not invent missing contact data
  • Connect approved records to CRM, qualification, outreach, follow-up, and meeting workflows
  • Join multiple managed workflows so discovery can lead to enrichment, approved messaging, reply classification, follow-up, and negotiation preparation
  • Keep contact permission, offer terms, and consequential commercial actions with named human owners

Interpretation limits

History makes comparison possible, but it does not remove source limitations or turn signals into guaranteed business outcomes.

01

This is a business-discovery and prioritization workflow, not a guarantee that a business is open, interested, reachable, suitable, or ready to buy

02

Coverage and freshness vary by source, geography, category, licensing, and collection method

03

Phone numbers, websites, ratings, reviews, and addresses may be missing, stale, duplicated, or changed after collection

04

Ratings and review counts are signals, not proof of quality, reputation, or customer fit

05

Google Search or Maps content cannot automatically be treated as a freely reusable business database; permitted access, attribution, storage, and retention must be confirmed

06

AI priority scores are decision support and must be checked against source records

07

Usage is quoted by expected record volume and source scope; setup, refreshes, enrichment, external costs, and managed services are separate

08

Customers remain responsible for source terms, privacy, direct marketing, opt-outs, attribution, licensing, and downstream use

Safeguards

Automation stays inside agreed boundaries.

Access, retention, exports, and operating controls are confirmed for this workflow before launch.

01

Use only approved, licensed, or otherwise permitted business sources and collection methods

02

Do not treat Google Maps or search content as a permission to build an unrestricted permanent directory; source terms, licensing, attribution, storage, and retention are confirmed for each implementation

03

Business phone, email, website, rating, and review fields are included only when permitted and necessary for the approved purpose

04

No scraping of private accounts, credentials, cookies, hidden information, or access-control bypassing

05

No sensitive-trait inference, personal profiling, or targeting based on protected characteristics

06

AI priority scores explain business-fit signals and do not guarantee interest, accuracy, conversion, or quality

07

No automated calls, emails, messages, offers, or CRM actions from this discovery workflow alone

08

Managed outreach requires approved recipients, content, limits, opt-out handling, and named human ownership

09

Customers remain responsible for privacy, direct-marketing, platform, source-licence, attribution, and applicable-law requirements
