Managed history

Each run adds to a useful operating history.

Each comparable run appends a timestamped observation rather than overwriting the prior result. Position, presence, result type, title, URL, cited source, brand mention, competitor coverage, answer availability, and exception state can be reviewed by query, market, language, device, and time.

Retention and portability

Retention is agreed during setup. Structured observations can be exported to CSV, JSON, spreadsheets, a database, or another customer-controlled destination. Raw page captures or full answer text are optional and require separate purpose, rights, storage, and retention approval. Deletion requirements and managed archives are scoped explicitly. The resulting dataset belongs to the customer. Aineed Data retains only the managed copy and history agreed for operation. CSV, JSON, Airtable, database, warehouse, scoped API, customer-controlled backup, deletion, portability, and exit-export requirements are defined during setup.

Search results can vary by country, language, exact location, device, IP context, browser state, experiment, and collection time

Positions across different configurations are not directly comparable unless the monitoring policy treats them consistently

AI overviews and answer surfaces may not appear for every query and can change without notice

Citations and mentions do not prove endorsement, accuracy, authority, traffic, conversion, or commercial impact

Result pages, answer text, related questions, ads, prices, ratings, and total-result estimates can be missing, sampled, or unstable

Normalized visibility measures depend on documented assumptions and should retain their raw source values

Scaling price depends on queries, markets, pages, records, frequency, optional surfaces, storage, and review requirements

Customers remain responsible for lawful purpose, source terms, intellectual-property requirements, and downstream decisions
