Configurable service
One workflow, configured around the decisions your team owns.
The modules describe business capabilities, not separate tools to operate. Select the coverage, filters, review rules, schedule, and destination during setup.
Each comparable run appends a timestamped observation rather than overwriting the prior result. Position, presence, result type, title, URL, cited source, brand mention, competitor coverage, answer availability, and exception state can be reviewed by query, market, language, device, and time.
Retention and portability
Retention is agreed during setup. Structured observations can be exported to CSV, JSON, spreadsheets, a database, or another customer-controlled destination. Raw page captures or full answer text are optional and require separate purpose, rights, storage, and retention approval. Deletion requirements and managed archives are scoped explicitly.
What the accumulated history can support
Track owned-page ranking and presence changes by market
Compare competitor visibility for priority commercial queries
Measure observed brand citation and omission across approved answer surfaces
Identify new or disappearing cited sources
Find related questions and queries for content planning
Compare desktop and mobile result differences
Review paid and organic overlap when included
Prioritize content, technical SEO, digital PR, and communications investigation
Interpretation limits
History makes comparison possible, but it does not remove source limitations or turn signals into guaranteed business outcomes.
01
Results are time-stamped public observations, not a complete, stable, or official record of search visibility
02
Search results can vary by country, language, exact location, device, IP context, browser state, experiment, and collection time
03
Positions across different configurations are not directly comparable unless the monitoring policy treats them consistently
04
AI overviews and answer surfaces may not appear for every query and can change without notice
05
Citations and mentions do not prove endorsement, accuracy, authority, traffic, conversion, or commercial impact
06
Result pages, answer text, related questions, ads, prices, ratings, and total-result estimates can be missing, sampled, or unstable
07
Normalized visibility measures depend on documented assumptions and should retain their raw source values
08
Scaling price depends on queries, markets, pages, records, frequency, optional surfaces, storage, and review requirements
09
Customers remain responsible for lawful purpose, source terms, intellectual-property requirements, and downstream decisions
Safeguards
Automation stays inside agreed boundaries.
Access, retention, exports, and operating controls are confirmed for this workflow before launch.
01
Publicly accessible search and answer results only
02
No attempt to access private, restricted, personalized-account, or prohibited content
03
Country, language, location, device, query, and collection time retained with every observation
04
Raw observed positions, responses, and citations remain separate from normalized or calculated measures
05
No automated outreach, ad changes, content publication, or autonomous SEO decisions
06
Contact enrichment and personal-data collection are outside this workflow unless separately scoped and reviewed
07
No representation of search-engine or AI-provider affiliation, endorsement, official rank, or complete coverage
08
Source terms, intellectual property, privacy, and permitted use are reviewed for the approved scope
