YouTube Creator Contact Intelligence

Turn approved YouTube channel lists into a structured creator-contact queue for sponsorships, partnerships, and human-approved outreach workflows.

No access or payment before scope confirmation

Your input

Tell us what to run. We handle the operating structure.

You do not need to prepare technical configuration. Provide the business requirements, examples, and approved access; we translate them into fields, rules, and a tested schedule.

What you provide

  • Approved YouTube channel list or output from creator-match research
  • Business purpose and target partnership type
  • Required contact fields and freshness window
  • Qualification rules and exclusions
  • Approved maximum results and spend
  • CRM, spreadsheet, or managed-service destination
  • If using managed services: approved message policy, sender identity, escalation owner, opt-out process, and negotiation limits

How you provide it

  • Spreadsheet or channel list
  • Existing creator shortlist
  • Campaign brief, sponsorship criteria, or partnership scorecard
  • CRM export
  • Approved outreach policy and message examples
  • Human review queue and status process

The result

What this workflow delivers.

A cleaner handoff from creator discovery to action: receive channel-linked contact availability and review fields, qualify the right creators, then optionally connect the approved queue to Aineed managed services for outreach operations, reply handling, and negotiation support.

Best for: Brands, agencies, sponsorship teams, influencer-marketing teams, affiliate managers, media buyers, and sales or partnership teams that need a controlled path from creator research to approved contact workflows.

AI-ready delivery

Structured data your team and agents can rely on.

Receive normalized records directly or let an approved agent retrieve them through a scoped interface. Source evidence, transformations, timestamps, and exception states remain available for review.

Explore managed services for outreach and follow-up

Use it directly

  • CSV and JSON exports
  • Airtable or spreadsheet delivery
  • Database and warehouse-ready records
  • Customer-controlled backups

Connect approved agents

  • Scoped API or webhook access
  • Filter and retrieve defined records
  • Summarize, compare, classify, and cite
  • Route exceptions to a human owner

Keep control

  • Customer-owned resulting dataset
  • Raw and normalized values remain distinct
  • Model, API, hosting, and storage costs are scoped
  • No autonomous consequential authority

Configurable service

One workflow, configured around the decisions your team owns.

The modules describe business capabilities, not separate tools to operate. Select the coverage, filters, review rules, schedule, and destination during setup.

Available modules

  • Contact queue preparation - turn approved channel lists into structured, source-linked review records
  • Freshness checks - confirm contact status before an important campaign or outreach wave
  • Qualification routing - classify records as new, review, approved, excluded, unavailable, or ready for handoff
  • CRM and campaign delivery - send customer-owned records to the agreed operational destination
  • Managed outreach handoff - connect approved records to multiple managed AI agents for drafting, sending within limits, reply classification, follow-up coordination, and meeting routing
  • Negotiation preparation - summarize replies, compare approved offer options, and recommend next steps without autonomous commitments
  • Evidence and history - retain source, timestamp, approval, opt-out, and escalation history

Business questions supported

  • Which approved channels should move from research into a contact-review queue?
  • Which contact fields are available, current, missing, or need a fresh check?
  • Which creators fit the sponsorship, partnership, affiliate, or media-buying purpose?
  • Which records are approved, excluded, waiting for review, or ready for managed handoff?
  • What must a managed outreach agent be allowed to draft, send, follow up, or escalate?
  • Which replies need human qualification or negotiation approval?
  • What source, timestamp, and customer approval support each action?

Installation path

From source approval to scheduled operation.

The first representative run is reviewed before the workflow becomes a recurring operation.

01

Provide an approved channel list and the business purpose for contacting creators

02

Define what counts as a usable contact result and which records need human review

03

Run a small sample to confirm field quality, duplicates, unavailable results, and freshness expectations

04

Deliver a structured contact-review queue linked to each channel

05

Your team approves who may be contacted and what may be said

06

If selected, hand the approved queue to Aineed managed services for message drafting, approved sending, follow-up handling, reply classification, meeting coordination, or negotiation preparation with human authority at the required points

Managed history

Each run adds to a useful operating history.

Each contact research run is stored as a dated result set linked to the source channel. Your team can compare fresh and previous contact states, see which channels were already reviewed, record approvals or exclusions, and preserve the handoff history to any managed outreach service.

Retention and portability

The $1,000 setup covers contact-field design, qualification rules, sample testing, handoff configuration, and launch preparation. Each returned contact research result is priced at $1. Exports, retention, recurring refreshes, external costs, and managed outreach operation are scoped separately. The resulting contact and qualification records belong to the customer. Aineed Data retains only the managed copy and history agreed for operation. Deletion, portability, and exit-export terms are confirmed during setup.

What the accumulated history can support

  • Turn a creator shortlist into a usable contact-review queue
  • Avoid manually opening every channel and recording the same fields
  • Prioritize channels with the right partnership or sponsorship context
  • Refresh contact status before a planned campaign or outreach wave
  • Keep channel source evidence, review decisions, and exclusions together
  • Prepare approved records for CRM, campaign, or partnership operations
  • Connect the approved queue to Aineed managed services where multiple AI agents can draft outreach, classify replies, coordinate follow-ups, prepare negotiation options, and route decisions to human owners
  • Keep messaging, commitments, creator selection, and final negotiations inside approved human-controlled boundaries

Interpretation limits

History makes comparison possible, but it does not remove source limitations or turn signals into guaranteed business outcomes.

01

A contact-availability result is not a guarantee of a current address, deliverability, response, permission, or commercial interest

02

Contact fields can be missing, delayed, stale, unavailable, or subject to platform and regional limits

03

Freshness should be confirmed before an important outreach wave

04

The $1 per contact charge applies to returned research results; setup, refreshes, external costs, and managed operation are separate

05

AI-assisted outreach requires customer-approved content, recipients, limits, identity, opt-out handling, and escalation

06

Negotiation support is preparation and recommendation unless a human owner explicitly approves the action

07

Customers remain responsible for lawful purpose, privacy, anti-spam, advertising disclosures, platform terms, rights, contracts, and downstream use

Safeguards

Automation stays inside agreed boundaries.

Access, retention, exports, and operating controls are confirmed for this workflow before launch.

01

Use only approved contact research and lawful business purposes

02

No private-account access, passwords, cookies, session exports, or access-control bypassing

03

A contact result does not prove consent, deliverability, interest, or permission for promotional outreach

04

No automated outreach or messages are sent by this workflow alone

05

Any managed sending uses approved recipients, approved content, sending limits, opt-out handling, and named ownership

06

Negotiation agents may prepare options, summarize replies, and recommend next steps; consequential commitments require human approval

07

No sensitive-trait inference or personal profiling

08

No representation of YouTube affiliation, endorsement, official API status, or complete coverage

09

Customers remain responsible for privacy, anti-spam, advertising, platform, contract, and communication requirements
